Khi bạn bấm Đăng nhập với Google, app chỉ xin các quyền cơ bản openid, email và profile, tức là tên, địa chỉ email và ảnh đại diện.
Các thông tin này dùng để tạo và nhận diện tài khoản đồng bộ của bạn, và hiển thị tài khoản đang đăng nhập trong app.
App không đọc Gmail, Google Drive, Lịch hay bất kỳ dữ liệu Google nào khác.
Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê, không chia sẻ dữ liệu Google của bạn cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cho quảng cáo và không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI. Việc sử dụng thông tin nhận được từ Google API tuân theo Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.
Chỉ khi bạn bật đồng bộ, app mới tải lên tài khoản của bạn: dữ liệu bản ghi (tiêu đề, transcript, ghi chú, câu hỏi và trả lời, tên người nói), file audio, ảnh minh họa, thư mục và nhãn, danh bạ người (tên, chức vụ và tổ chức của những người bạn lưu), và hồ sơ của bạn (nội dung ô Về tôi, cách bạn muốn ghi chú, và người trong danh bạ là bạn). Mỗi tài khoản chỉ đọc được dữ liệu của chính mình, trừ nội dung bạn tự tạo link chia sẻ (xem mục bên dưới). Nếu bạn chưa từng bật đồng bộ, mọi thứ chỉ nằm trên máy Mac của bạn. Tắt đồng bộ hoặc đăng xuất chỉ dừng việc tải lên và tải về, không xóa dữ liệu đã đồng bộ trên cloud; dữ liệu đó còn lại cho tới khi bạn yêu cầu xóa (xem mục bên dưới).
Khi bạn bấm Chia sẻ trên một bản ghi, app tải lên bản tóm tắt (tiêu đề, ghi chú, tên người nói đang hiển thị) và, nếu bạn chọn, cả file audio, rồi tạo một đường link riêng. Bất kỳ ai có link đều xem được nội dung đó mà không cần đăng nhập; trang không được lập chỉ mục cho công cụ tìm kiếm. Việc này không cần bật đồng bộ. Bạn có thể bấm Ngừng chia sẻ bất cứ lúc nào: trang và audio của link đó bị gỡ ngay.
Dữ liệu đồng bộ được lưu trên Cloudflare (D1 và R2) và chỉ truyền qua HTTPS. Phiên đăng nhập trong app được mã hóa bằng Keychain của macOS. Phiên hết hạn sau 90 ngày không dùng.
Chép lời, tóm tắt và tạo ảnh chạy trong app trên máy của bạn, qua các dịch vụ AI bạn tự cấu hình bằng tài khoản của chính bạn. Dịch vụ đồng bộ của Meeting Studio không gửi nội dung cuộc họp tới các dịch vụ đó.
Bạn có thể tắt đồng bộ hoặc đăng xuất bất cứ lúc nào trong app. Để xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu đã đồng bộ, kể cả danh bạ người và hồ sơ của bạn, gửi email tới pham@duythong.com từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản. Chúng tôi xóa trong vòng 30 ngày. Bạn cũng có thể gỡ quyền truy cập của app tại myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Signing in with Google requests only the basic openid, email and profile scopes: your name, email address and profile picture.
We use them only to create and identify your sync account and to show which account is signed in. The app does not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data.
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train AI models. Meeting Studio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Only when you turn sync on, the app uploads your recordings' data (titles, transcripts, notes, questions and answers, speaker names), audio files, illustrations, folders and tags, your people directory (the names, titles and organizations of the people you save) and your profile (your Về tôi (About me) text, how you want notes taken, and which person in the directory is you) to your account. Each account can read only its own data, except content you create a share link for (see below). If you never turn sync on, everything stays on your Mac. Turning sync off or signing out stops future uploads and downloads but does not delete data already synced to the cloud; that data stays until you ask us to delete it (see below).
When you press Share on a recording, the app uploads its summary (title, notes and the speaker names shown) and, if you choose, its audio, and creates a private link. Anyone with the link can view that content without signing in; the page is not indexed by search engines. Sharing does not need sync turned on. You can press Stop sharing at any time, which removes the page and its audio at once.
Synced data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 and R2) and travels only over HTTPS. The app keeps its session encrypted with the macOS Keychain; sessions expire after 90 days without use.
Transcription, summaries and illustrations run in the app on your Mac through AI services you configure with your own accounts. The sync service does not send meeting content to those services.
You can turn sync off or sign out in the app at any time. To delete your account and all synced data, including your people directory and profile, email pham@duythong.com from the account's address; we delete it within 30 days. You can also revoke the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
